The Esfordi Phosphate Plant is designed in four units :

1-The Crushing Plant comprising an open circuit  Jaw Crusher, a closed circuit cone crusher and a screen in two storeys for granulation upto 22mm.

2-Grinding section containing a rodmill in an open circuit and a ball  mill in a closed circuit and a hydro cyclone with its spillway transferred to particles containing cyclones and its underflow for more grinding  is the feed for ball mill.

3-The unit for top grading apatite and separation of the material, the phosphate line comprises a tank for adding reagents preparation tank and flotation rougher cells and a cleaner. Presence of a rougher set and two sets cell cleaners. High grade phosphate from the concentrate thickener underflow is transferred to the filter drum and final watering is performed.

4-Watering Unit and waste filteration from all units is centrally controlled and guided by SCADA System.
